Delivery Policy

Deliveries and Returns

Delivery times are given for information only and are compiled with as far as possible; no responsibility can be accepted for cases of delayed delivery. Delivery times quoted are in working days or weeks and do not take into account factory shutdown or Holidays. Please consult us for details on these dates when placing an order.

All claims for errors, omissions, shortages or damages must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt of the goods at the place of destination specified on the order.

Returned goods will not be accepted without prior agreement. This must be confirmed in writing. If agreed, goods must then be returned within 7 days at the customer’s expense. If goods are returned damaged, no credit will be raised and the invoice will stand in full.

Proof of Delivery requests must be notified to us in writing. PODs are available only for goods delivered within the last 3 months.

Carriage

All our orders are delivered via Royal Mail Special delivery or International Signed For. Items are insured by Royal mail and are subject to their terms and conditions. The Antique Door Knocker Company except no responsibility for refunding damaged or lost items until claims are settled by Royal Mail.
